The Project

In our first season representing the Japanese heritage label Momotaro, we secured opening orders from three of Italy’s most influential multi-brand retailers—Antonioli, Slam Jam, and Biffi. These wins were built on a door-specific capsule that showcased Momotaro’s Okayama craftsmanship and premium denim narrative, positioned to sit cleanly within each store’s price architecture and styling point of view.

We led with a concise wholesale pack (lookbook, line sheet with WS/MSRP and MOQs, delivery windows) and pre-merchandised outfits tailored to each door’s clientele—editorial edge for Antonioli, street-culture crossover for Slam Jam, and refined luxury casual for Biffi. Rapid sample drops and a clear talk-track on fabrication, fit, and care removed friction in appointments, while our terms and ship-window discipline gave buyers confidence to commit in season one.

Securing Antonioli, Slam Jam, and Biffi in the debut season not only validated the brand’s European positioning but also created a credible platform for selective expansion and future capsules.
